Episode 153

153 - The Paua Episode

This is episode 153 of EV Musings a podcast about renewables, electric vehicles and things that are interesting to electric vehicle owners.

On the show today we'll be looking at centralised payment processes for charging.

Before you yawn and scream BORING!, bear with me a moment

The UK has 80 different charge point operators. Germany has many more.  Ideally payment should be via a contactless payment card. But there are companies (usually those with large fleets) who need access to all the chargers without the hassle of dealing with individual expense claims for charging.

Today we talk to Paua who have a solution for this.

This season of the podcast is sponsored by Zap-Map, the free to download app that helps EV drivers search, plan, and pay for their charging.
